Passed 10th std from the St.Columban's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, George Town and 12th std from St.Anthony's Anglo Indian Higher secondary School, Egmore. Completed Law from the Madras Law College in the year 1988, being a student of the first batch of the five year batch of the five-year law course in India.
Professional Experience
Enrolment Date Had a brief stint as a junior of Justice V.Ramasubramaniam and later joined the office of M/s .M.S.Krishnan, S.Parthasarathy and R.Sekar on 13.06.1989, which was later known as M/s. Sarvabhauman Associates under the guidance of Mr.M.S.Krishnan, Sr.Advocate.

Area of Practice Was inducted as a Partner of the firm in the year 2006. The firm has extensive practice on the Appellate Side, Writs and the Original side of the Hon'ble High Court apart from work in the City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, NCLT, Administrative Tribunal.

Clientele Clientele included M/s Sundaram Finance Ltd, Sundaram Clayton Ltd, TVS Motors Ltd, T.V.Sundaram Iyengar and Sons, Madurai, Lakshmi Group of Companies, Coimbatore, Kalyan Jewellers, Corsair Inc, New York, Public Sector Undertakings like Pasteur Institute of India, Steel Authority of India Ltd, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam limited, Cotton Corporation of India Ltd, Salem Steel Plant Ltd, MSTC Ltd and also leading hospitals like Shankara Nethralaya, Kovai Medical Centre, G.Kuppusamy Naidu Memorial Hospital, Billroth Hospital, Dr.Kamakshi Memorial Hospital.

Other details Was one of the members of the Teller Committee for conducting the elections for the Madras High Court Advocates Association for 4 years. Was appointed Election officer for conducting the elections for the Women Lawyers Association. Was a member along with Mr.Justice.M.Sundar of the Two Member Commission appointed by the First Bench to submit a report on the working of the Anna Centenary Library. Was awarded the Outstanding Woman Lawyer award by the Women Lawyer's Association during the Sesquicentennial Celebrations of the High Court of Madras.
